El Chalten is one of Argentina´s most beautiful National Parks. It is easy accessible and offers some real nice hikes. Hikes are well indicated. The drive to El Chalten is beautiful. Partly following the famous ruta 40, passing wide steppe landscape. Stopping for a cafe at La Leona, an estancia (sheepfarm) where Perito Moreno was attacked by a Leona, a female puma and where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid hid after robbing the Rio Galegos Bank.

This tour starts at Eel Calafate airport.

Day 1: Arrival at airport and bus to hotel
Day 2: Hike to Laguna de los Tres
Day 3: Hike to Laguna Torre
Day 4: Hike to condor viewpoint and bus to airport.

Best months October until March. In other months a lot of business is closed in El Chalten and there can be snow on the paths.
